The 7-Day Window
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. Reach out at [email protected] or +92 331 5990492 (WhatsApp).
Free Returns by Mail
We cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items across Pakistan. Our team will share a courier pickup address or arrange a return slip with you over WhatsApp or email.
Hygiene Exception
Because fragrance is applied to the skin, opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and regulatory reasons. Tester sizes from the Pack of Five are the best way to try a scent before committing to a full bottle.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund is sent through bank transfer or JazzCash to an account you provide. Card and online payments are reversed to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp or email with the order number. Once a courier has picked up the parcel, cancellation is not possible — but you can still raise a return request once it arrives.
