2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment can be made through our available payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is verified or COD is accepted
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For shipped orders, you may request a return after delivery.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and designs, is the property of Momin by Ahmed and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Momin by Ahmed shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
